Allergy Notice
In some rare cases, some people may be sensitive to natural latex. If you’re unsure or had never gotten into contact with latex, it is recommended to try handling it first for a few minutes before putting it on. Should you experience skin rash or discomfort, take it off immediately and seek medical advice.
Returns and Warranty
We offer warranty on all our products, in terms of quality of construction, and will replace all faulty items or the items that were wrongly shipped.
Because of the nature of some items, we can’t accept returns for custom orders or intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
