Why do I need to wait several weeks for my item to be shipped?
High quality latex items are 100% hand made and therefore they require great care, skill and well….time to make them. We are trying our best to shorten the waiting times but unfortunately in most cases we’ll need to ask you for some patience, we promise it will be worth it!
Personalized orders
All of our items are customizable upon request, just write us a message and we’ll be glad to help. This can include custom details, change of colors, gauge of material and so on..
Custom designs
If you have a special request for a unique item, and want us to design something creative, feel free to ask anytime. We work by creating a sketch of the design first, and once approved by the customer, it is being produced. Production time depends on the workload, but usually it takes around 4-5 weeks.
We reserve the copyright for the finished designs and the right to publish photos of our custom work to potential customers, on our website, Facebook, Instagram or other media. None of your information will be disclosed at any time.
Sizing details
For correct sizing, please refer to the last 2 photos in our listings, with a diagram and a size chart. While we provide standard sizes for most of our items, it is possible to request any item made-to-measure. Just add your measurements in the message field during checkout and we’ll make you a hood to measure..
Can I change the color of ponytail hair extension?
Unfortunately, at the moment we don’t supply ponytail hair extensions at all, our hoods are made with hollow tubes and are meant for real hair to be pulled through. Of course, you may also add your own synthetic ponytail at your own discretion if you’d like…
